Do you offer same day alterations?


Yes, Every Monday we can provide the same day alteration service providing you can make it to a fitting or drop off the garment by 11am. Subject to Availability.




Do you offer Made to Measure cushion covers?


Yes! Within our custom made products section we can create any kind of soft furnishing custom made to your own design and measurements.




What Payments do you accept?


We can accept PayPal payments, Bank transfer payments and Cash within person.




Do I need to have all my clothing items pinned before I come?


If you are happy to pin them yourself then yes, But we do prefer to have a fitting with the customers where we can discuss and pin accurate alterations. If you are going to pin them yourself please note we can NOT take any responsibility of the wrong fitting or measurement after the alteration is complete and no refund can be given.




Can I return an item?


We cannot accept any personalised items back unless they are actually faulty. Please note that there is a wide variation in how the keepsakes come out, due to the very different natures of the fabrics we receive and the final item may not look exactly like the pictures on our product pages. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch straight away to discuss it. Non personalised items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund of the goods less the original delivery charges. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office.




How long will my order take?


Non personalised items - We aim to get these delivered to you within 5 working days. Custom Made items - These can take slightly longer sometimes due to the need to source specail fabrics etc. so we aim to get these delivered to you within 7 - 12 working days. Keepsake items - When we have received the clothing from you we will aim to get your items delivered back to you within 7 - 10 working days. Personalised items - We aim to get these items delivered to you within 5 - 10 working days. If there is a specific date you need the item by then please put a note of it in the notes box when you order and we will do our very best to try and meet that time frame for you.




What if I send too much or too little clothing?


Please refer to the clothing guides on each product as this tends to always be the right amount but in some cases, if its not enough we will get in touch for you to send more clothing peices so please make sure your contact details are correct. We understand the clothng you send is special to you so if there is any untouched garments or barely touched garments we will send these back to you along with your new products. (If they have small sections cut out, they could potentially be used for other keepsake items which is why we send these back)
